Paolo leads the open innovation team in Southern Europe and runs programs like the Visa Innovation Program Europe (the region’s largest fintech accelerator) while also building key ecosystem partnerships, and supporting the fund by scouting and vetting startups within the region. Before Tenity, Paolo founded two startups, invested as an angel, and held leadership roles in accelerators and VCs across Europe and APAC, complemented by experience as a university lecturer and startup mentor. When not immersed in innovation, you might find him enjoying time rolling on a grappling mat, sparring in a boxing ring, or playing video games.
